Bearers wil be Howard F. McKenzie Jr., William D. Johnson Jr., Carl Johnson Jr., James Ray Johnson, Robert Estill Johnson and Thomas Wayne Johnson, all grandsons.
Lived at 1824 Versailles Pike, Lexington, KY. He was a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Owen County.

Buried in the Claxon Cemetery, Claxon Ridge, KY 607, two miles from US 127 above Monterey. No death date on stone. Family rumor says that a horse reared up and killed her.
