From impressive circumstantial evidence she married 2nd, probably as his 2nd wife, Jeremiah Green and removed with him and some of her siblings to Rowan Co., NC. There is legend in the families of some descendants of Jonathan Hunt that his sister was the wife of Jeremiah Green. Among the deed records of McCulloch transfers was one for 540 acres to "Geremiah" Green 27 Nov 1761. THe hunts and Greenes were closely associated in Rowan County and John Green, the son of Jeremiah, M. 16 Jan 1799, Hannah Hunt, the daughter of Dr. Daniel Hunt whose wife is speculated to have been a Green.
