142. Thomas HUNT⁷⁰ was born on 17 December 1787 in Fayette Co., KY.⁷⁰ He died on 17 September 1836 in Peoria Co., IL.⁷⁰ Died in Timber Twp., Peoria Co., IL. The old home of Thomas Hunt still stands on the site of his old farm near Bethel, Ohio, a two story brick house with tall pillars, and dated between 1820 and 1830. Thomas Hunt was a noted gunsmith, his products cherished by collectors.

Thomas HUNT and Elizabeth BREDWELL were married on 2 January 1812.⁷⁰ They had 10 children. Elizabeth BREDWELL was born on 18 December 1791.⁷⁰ She died on 31 January 1849 in Peoria Co., IL.⁷⁰ Possibly buried in Lancaster Cemetery in Peoria Co., IL, but no grave markers have been found for either her or her husband Thomas.
