39. Solomon MILLER¹⁴ was born on 2 March 1803 in Anderson Co., TN.^13,14 In 1843 he located on the site of what is now Millersburg, OH, and the town was laid out by him. In 1877 he was appointed postmaster of Millersburg, a position he held for many years. He was a Presbyterian and they had 8 children.
