15. George SHARP was born in 1775 in Orange Co., NC.^9,33 He appeared in the census in 1860 in District 9, Union Co., TN. Living with his son George, in 1860:
George Sharp, Sr., 85, M, None, TN
He died in 1863 in Union Co., TN.^9,33 He went back to TN from Al to live with his son George W. Sharp until his death.
Migrated to Alabama - Union Co. Pathways, Sept 1993. It is known that he lived for years in Alabama and perhaps in North Carolina during 1830-1840.

George SHARP and Charlotte MCKINNY were married in 1792.³³ Charlotte MCKINNY was born (date unknown).

George SHARP and Mary LOY were married in 1803.³³ Mary LOY was born in 1785.³³

George SHARP and Mary LOY had the following children:

George SHARP and Catherine "Caty" GRAVES were married on 19 December 1850 in Lawrence Co., AL.³³ Catherine "Caty" GRAVES was born about 1792 in VA.^29,33 She died in 1851 in Lawrence Co., AL.³³ Second wife of George Sharp according to W.H. Thomas. See page 127, UCHS Pathways, Dec, 1989. Catherine "Caty" Graves, daughter of Peter, is said to have been one of the wives of George Sharp, brother of Conrad and son of Henry Sharp Sr. Her first husband was an Adair.
