stepfather, J. R. Burns was a witness. Walter TUCKER was born (date unknown). Ran a general store in Whittington, IL. After running the store awhile, Walter became a farmer but later retired. In the summer of 1928 Owen went to the Armington-Minier, IL. area to help pick corn for the area farmers and made pretty good money so in 1929 the whole family moved to the area.
