Eleventh Generation

1680. John HUNT was born about 1658 in Newtown, Long Island, NY. He died about 1735 at the age of 77. The census of Newtown, LI taken in Aug. 1698 lists John Hunt as head of a family of seven. It is known that he had four sons and that his son, John, appears to have been the first to move because he appears as "John Hunt of Hopewell" and was married to Margaret Moore. (this is quoted from Mitchell Hunt's critique of the Furman Mss. pg. 16) No death or probate records have been found. Johanna (?) and John HUNT were married about 1685 in Newtown Presbyterian Church, Long Island, NY.

1681. Johanna (?) was born (date unknown).

Children were:

	ii.	Edward HUNT was born (date unknown).
	iii.	Ralph HUNT was born (date unknown).
