129. Robert R. RUTHERFORD⁴³ was born in 1798 in Greene Co., TN.^22,43 He died in 1864 in CA.^22,43 He was buried in 1864 in Wyandotte Cemetery, Oroville, CA.⁴³ Robert moved from TN to Arkansas, traveling by boat to Van Buren. He located at Canehill, Washington Co., AR, 3 Jun 1830, and was at Canehill in 1833 the year "the stars fell". In 1854 he again moved his family and crossed the plains and mountains in horse drawn wagons to Sacramento, CA.

Robert R. RUTHERFORD and Ann TIPTON were married on 27 January 1824 in Carter Co., TN.⁴³ Ann TIPTON was born in 1801.⁴³ She died in 1880.⁴³
