Benjamin Rutherford was designated "of Campbell County" in a conveyance of land to Isaac Agee dated 11 Feb 1843.

Benjamin RUTHERFORD Jr. and Mary (?) appeared in the census in 1850 in Campbell Co., TN.⁶³ They^⁶³ were married in TN. Mary (?) was born about 1798 in TN.⁶³
