John William PATTERSON Sr.⁴²² was born on 3 September 1914 in Concord, Iredell Co., NC.⁴²² He died on 22 July 1995 at the age of 80 in Salisbury, Rowan Co., NC.⁴²² John Patterson was unable to serve in the military due to medical problems. He did work Wright's Automatic Machine Shop, Durham, NC. They built bomb sights for military aircraft.
