He was a 32nd degree Mason and member of Reed Lodge and the Scottish Rites of Evansville, IN. He was very active in Genealogy research. Elmo Franklin CLAPP Sr. and Pauline Iris CASE were married on 9 January 1935. Pauline Iris CASE, daughter of James CASE and Myrtle POWELL, was born on 1 December 1916 in French Lick, Orange Co., IN.
