LIBERTY - James Marvin Clapp, 66, of Rt. 1, Julian died Thursday night
at Wesley Lawn Hospital in Greensboro.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Myrtle Bowman Clapp; two sons, James W.
Clapp, Rt. 1, Julian, and Harold E. Clapp, Rt. 4, Greensboro; two
daughters, Mrs. Virginia Tucker, Rt. 2, Stokesdale, and Mrs. Yvonne May
of Rt. 4, Greensboro; five grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Sunday at Loflin Funeral Home in
Liberty. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery,
with the Rev. Utha Brown officiating. James was buried on 18 March 1973 in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Liberty, NC.

Myrtle BOWMAN was born on 24 January 1907.
