1412. Levi FOUST was born on 12 September 1814 in NC.^257,440 He died on 13 January 1854 at the age of 39 in NC.^117,380 Aged 39 years and 4 months.
He was buried in January 1854 in Alamance Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Guilford Co., NC.¹¹⁷ Baptized in the Brick Church. Received as a member of Brick Church, 16 Oct 1831 by Rev. John H. Crawford, but he moved away in 1839. TIDBIT: (Alamance Presbyterian Church Records, Book 2, page 20) Alamance Church May 30, 1852. This being Communion Sabbath session met at 10 o'clock. Opened with prayer. The following persons were admitted to the communion of the church, viz. Levi Foust on certificate and dismission from the German Reformed Church. On examination Miss Martha Jane Bell, Miss Sarah Caroline Coble, Powel Coble, Mrs. Livenia M. Coble, Saml. Rankin, Miss Mary E. McLeach, and two coloured persons, viz Lydia Francina Thom and Lavinia Hanner. Miss Martha J. Bell and the two coloured women were baptized. Finley Shaw, C. S. --- Alamance Church is on Presbyterian Church Road. (Used to be Alamance Church Road until they rerouted it) in Guilford Co., about 6 miles or so from Brick Church.

Levi FOUST and Martha Melinda WHARTON were married on 11 October 1839 in Guilford Co., NC.^117,185,459 Martha Melinda WHARTON, daughter of John WHARTON and Rhoda WEBB, was born on 21 January 1821 in NC.^380,910 She died on 4 November 1905 at the age of 84 in Guilford Co., NC.³⁸⁰ She was buried in November 1905 in Alamance Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Guilford Co., NC.³⁸⁰
