716. Peter Ludwig FOUST was born in 1819 in Knox Co., TN.¹⁷⁴ He died on 1 July 1863 at the age of 44 in Gettysburg, Adams Co., PA. Peter was a member of Company B, 19th Regiment, Indiana Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War. He was killed at the battle of Gettysburg.
