CARR Son M S W 14 IN Fa: IN Mo: IN In 1896 Frank was an an attorney in Charleston, Coles Co., IL.¹⁰⁰² Between 1900 and 1904 he was a the Circuit Clerk in Clark Co., IN.¹⁰⁰² He taught school for several terms in a town school before he practiced as an attorney. In 1904 he returned to practice law in Charlestown. He was a Masonic Lodge member in New Washington, IN. He was also a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, having passed the chairs of the same and represented his lodge in the Grand Lodge. He was also a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and has represented this district at the head camp in Dubuque, IA. He was made permanent chairman of the first state camp at Indianapolis.
