5875. Cora Jane DROKE was born on 22 September 1874 in TN.^550,551 She appeared in the census in 1880 in District 8, Sullivan Co., TN.⁵⁵⁰ Cora J. DRAKE Dau F S W 6 TN Occ: At Home Fa: TN Mo: TN She died on 30 August 1901 at the age of 26 in Sullivan Co., TN.¹³⁸³

Cora Jane DROKE and George M. JETER⁵⁵¹ were married on 6 July 1889 in TN.⁵⁵¹ George and Cora Jeter lived their entire life in the Enterprise section of Sullivan County. They are both buried in the Droke Cemetery. George owned and operated Jeter's Mill on the Holston River. It also served as a mail pick-up station for the people of that community. It was destroyed by flood in later years.
George M. JETER was born on 10 November 1865.⁵⁵¹ He died on 1 August 1920 at the age of 54.⁵⁵¹
