Mr. Carl Dean "Butch" Page Jr., 47, Rogersville, passed Saturday, June 5, 2004, in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Dean Page Sr. on December 2, 1989; two nephews, James Michael Wilson and John Paul Wilson; and one niece, Lucinda Gail Newton. Survivors include his wife, Becky; a son, Marshall Dean Page, Rogersville; a daughter, Cindy Diane Wheeler and her husband, Doug, Marshfield; his mother, Lucille Page, Rogersville; two sisters, Carla Newton and Nina Wilson and her husband, Tom, all of Marshfield; and two nieces, Darlene Metzger, Marshfield, and Lachelle Newton, Arcata, Calif. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at 1 p.m. in the Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield, with the Rev. Wesley Mackey officiating. Burial will be in the Selmore Cemetery, Ozark.
