44. Catherine RUTHERFORD¹⁸ was born (date unknown). Catherine Rutherford was appointed administratrix of her Father's estate during Feb 1789; "On the motion of Catey Rutherford Certificate is granted her for obtaining Letters of Administration of the estate of John Rutherford, deceased." During the period of administration of the estate, Catherine Rutherford was sued by her nephew, Julius Rutherford, no. 1322, and he was granted judgment. Caty and her husband, John Smith, appeared in court in Lincoln Co., KY, in October 1796 and made a report on the administration of the estate. (Lincoln Co.
