Ezekiel RUTHERFORD was born in 1777 in MD.⁴⁶ He signed a will on 26 November 1855 in Morgan Co., IL.¹²⁹ He made bequests to his living children, to two grandchildren, and he appointed his grandson, John Hubbs, as executor. His six living children, John, Mark, Lloyd, Elizabeth Hubbs(wife of Willis Hubbs), Polly Zachary (wife of William Zachary), Sally Roberts (wife of John Roberts), David, child of David, Deceased, and Rosetta Peterson, Daughter of Margaret Peterson, deceased, formerly Margaret Rutherford, were named in the petition of John Hubbs.
He died before 13 February 1856 in Morgan Co., IL. Will proven for name at place on date.¹²⁹

Sarah Rutherford, 77, VA Shortly after 1850 he and his wife moved to Orange Co., IN to be with their daughter, Elizabeth Hubbs, and subsequently they moved with the Hubbs family to Illinois.
Sarah "Sally" JOHNSON was born in 1773 in VA. She died in 1851.
