46. Daniel HUNTER was born circa 1738 in PA. In 1775 he was a blacksmith in Lancaster Co., SC. He lived in Lancaster Co., SC on 24 July 1793. Daniel died in Lancaster Co., SC. Book 15, July 24, 1793: Daniel Hunter of Lancaster Co, SC, no wife signs, let Basil Gaither of Rowen Co, NC, have 136 acres in the forks of Yadkin River on Elishas Creek, it being the middle of the old original tract of 480 (520) of Charles Hunter, Sr, beginning on Charles Hunter's corner at a sourwood & going east 142 poles to black oak corner of John Hunter (now John Lanes), north with said John Lains, 68 poles to a stake, east 20 poles to a stake, north with siad John Lains, 20 poles to the corner of Joseph Hunter, west with Joseph Hunter;s line, 106 to a stake on his corner, north with said Hunter's line 152 poles to an out line of the original, west with the original 52 poles to corner of Charles Hunter, south with Chas Hunter, 240 poles to the beginning, for 105 pounds in gold & silver. (This includes where father (Jacob Hunter, Sr) lived on the old plantation & his old mill.)

Daniel HUNTER and Catherine FUNDERBUNK were married in NC. Catherine FUNDERBUNK was born circa 1765.
