Margaret Jane CLAPP and Ebenezer Marcus LEDGERWOOD were married on 4 May 1848 in Jennings Co., IN. Sons in Des Moines, Iowa were printers. Ebenezer Marcus LEDGERWOOD was born on 4 February 1827 in IN. He was living in 1880 in Spring Creek, Phelps Co., MO. He died on 8 May 1892 at the age of 65.
