182. John FOUST III was born on 10 April 1769 in Orange Co., NC.^131,167 He died in 1848 at the age of 79 in Knox Co., TN. Baptized at Brick Church, Guilford Co., NC, moved with his father, John Foust, Jr. from Orange Co., NC to Sullivan Co., TN and on to Knox Co., TN where the family settled a few miles north of the town of Knoxville, TN. John died ca January 1848 as commissioners were appointed to settle his estate, naming Elizabeth as the surviving spouse. No children names were given; thus only a projected family. See page 71, Mozette Foust book.

John FOUST III and Elizabeth CORD were married on 30 November 1826 in Knox Co., TN.^{131,167,168,169} Elizabeth CORD was born (date unknown).

John FOUST III and Elizabeth CORD had the following children:
