Amon D. Page, 70, who formerly resided at 1101 North Clifton, died Saturday afternoon in the Wadsworth, Kan. veterans Hospital after a long illness. Also a former resident of the Ozark community, Mr. Page had been a patient in the hospital four years. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, Rowena, Kansas City; four sons, William, Robert and Carl, all of Springfield and Donald, Kansas City; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Mae Worley, Kansas City, Mrs. Mary Alice Stubblefield, Gallatin and Mrs. Betty Jane Griffith, Independence; a brother, Hubert, Route 2. Ozark; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday in the Harris Chapel at Ozark with the Rev. Howard Blevins officiating. Burial will be in Selmore Cemetery.
