45. Jacob HUNTER Sr. was born circa 1736 in PA. He died after 1811 at the age of 75 in Boonesboro, KY. "Hunters of Early Rowen Co, NC" Book 20, pg 26: Jun 6, 1775; Jacob Hunter, a planter, & wife, Mary, let Daniel Hunter, a blacksmith, all of Rowen Co, NC, have 136 acres in forks of Yadkin River next to Charles Hunter, John Hunter & the original tract, for 13 shillings. Wit: Several Germans & acknowledged in Nov 1784. (This is part of the 480 (520) acres which Earl Granville sold to Charles Hunter (Sr) on Feb 20, 1759.)

They moved to KY with Daniel Boone in 1789.

Jacob HUNTER Sr. and Mary Susanna SMITH were married circa 1752. Mary Susanna SMITH, daughter of Peter SMITH and Barbara BARBOURY, was born (date unknown).
