He could read and write in English and German. See P.12 Elmo Clapp book. Birth and death dates are from Brick Church records of 1925. Died aged 56 years, 7 mo., 26 days. John Henry was a Captain in the War of 1812.

She died on 27 September 1825 at the age of 40 in Guilford Co., NC.⁷⁷ She was buried in 1825 in Brick Church Cemetery, Guilford Co., NC.⁷⁷ Rather small, had dark hair, and blue eyes. Polly is a 2nd cousin to Daniel Boone.
