PAGE Son M S W 8 MO Fa: NC Mo: KY He died on 12 December 1947 at the age of 74 in Christian Co., MO.⁸⁵⁹ Albert was buried in December 1947 in Selmore Cemetery, Finley Twp., Christian Co., MO.⁸⁵⁹ Albert was a member of the Ozark Masonic Lodge and an ordained deacon of Selmore Baptist Church. All three of his sons were also ordained deacons. He was a well-known farmer and stockman. His second son, Elmer, worked with him until 1936 when Elmer moved his family to Mt. Vernon, MO. The late 1930's was hard on the Pages. The Great Depression, some bad investments and poor health forced the home place into foreclosure. When Laura's health deteriorated and Albert could not care for her alone, they moved in Highlandville with their daughter, Marie Schupbach. Marie and Albert cared for Laura until her death April 12, 1947. Albert then moved to Mt. Vernon, Elmer's home, where he died Dec 12, 1947.
